Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Interest or experience in marketing and client services, especially digital media.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data analysis and MS Excel.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and video.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align goals and apply analytics to improve performance.
• Provide input on campaign design and innovative approaches to meet business objectives.
• Launch, optimize, and manage campaigns across trading platforms.
• Create client insights and strategy reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines.
• Coordinate communications with clients and vendors, guiding progress across multiple stakeholders.
