Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, business intelligence, strategy, human capital analytics, consulting, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce, business, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement attitude, with a track record of improving analytical capabilities, reporting processes, and strategic decision support.
• Experience supporting workforce forecasting, scenario planning, capacity analysis, and talent strategy decisions.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Experience partnering across HR, Finance, Strategy, and business functions to support enterprise workforce planning and decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to connect workforce insights to broader business objectives.
• Proven track record of prioritizing work, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
