Job summary

Honeywell in Houston is seeking a Senior Materials Management Analyst to lead end-to-end materials planning, production scheduling, and procurement initiatives.

You will own material master data, analyze MOQ/EOQ, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure supply continuity to meet production deadlines while controlling costs.

This role requires strong analytics, ERP proficiency, and a proactive approach to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in materials management, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems and advanced planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute integrated material, production, assembly, and test plans aligned with demand, backlog, and AOP targets.
• Analyze material requirements and ensure timely availability of components and resources to support production and testing schedules.
• Maintain material master data accuracy, planning parameters, and ERP system integrity.
• Support PFEP, stocking, and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Create detailed assembly and test plans, coordinating labor, equipment, tooling, and materials with manufacturing teams.
