Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or four years additional experience may substitute.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing and FAR compliant procurement.
• Experience leading complex RFPs and cross‑functional procurement initiatives.
• Strong ability to partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion.
• Excellent communication; proficient in Excel and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape sourcing strategies, advising on supplier selection, negotiation approaches, and compliance impacts.
• Lead procurement initiatives, managing timelines, risks, milestones, and end‑to‑end RFP/RFQ execution.
• Interpret procurement policies and regulatory constraints to ensure governance and flow‑downs.
• Lead supplier engagement, negotiations, and process improvements; mentor team members.
