Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Analyst to support the Strategic Capture Support Team. You will manage all material acquisition tasks across the capture lifecycle and provide strategic guidance to the team to align supplier strategies with customer requirements.

This role strengthens proposals, negotiates terms, and ensures compliance with FAR and internal standards, enabling competitive bids and long-term mission success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; additional 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and receive all quoting efforts related to capture and proposal efforts.
• Review strategic solution bill of materials and recommend sourcing strategies to ensure the best proposal price.
• Follow and ensure all sourcing adheres to internal compliance standards and government contracting regulatory requirements, including FAR for award transition.
• Ensure all aspects of the sourcing process are completed; including terms negotiations, pricing negotiations, understanding of the agreement and customer requirements.
• Negotiate all non-disclosure agreements and terms and conditions related to the proposal process.
• Create a proposal package and load all supporting documents to a repository per templates and process flow.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to the capture teams.
