The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of procurement experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Experience in leadership, supplier relationships, and procurement processes
• Knowledge of DoD manufacturing environment and FAR/DFARS a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement operations and implement strategies to meet quality, volume, and pricing targets
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Collaborate with other functions to manage inventory levels and meet demand
• Analyze data using technical tools to improve material responsiveness
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead team personnel actions with HR and management concurrence
