General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst in Falls Church, VA. You will lead end‑to‑end sourcing events, develop RFQs/RFPs, and analyze supplier capabilities to support competitive proposals.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and drive process improvements across the sourcing lifecycle to strengthen procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 4 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with government procurement is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing events across hardware, software and services.
• Develop and issue RFQs/RFPs and perform supplier/cost analyses.
• Assess supplier capabilities using structured evaluation criteria.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities and supplier meetings to resolve issues.
