Job summary

PetVet Care Centers in the United States is hiring a Professional Services Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across IT, finance, HR, legal, and marketing. You will partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, run RFX events, negotiate master service agreements, and monitor supplier performance to drive cost savings and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain management, or related field.
• Five+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or contract management with professional services.
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, and contract-management systems (Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, veterinary, or similar operations preferred.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional services aligned with priorities and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Negotiate master service agreements, SLAs, pricing, and risk terms with legal and stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage contract lifecycle for renewals and governance.
• Provide leadership reporting on savings, markets, and category opportunities.
