Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The Senior Sourcing Specialist develops, negotiates, and manages strategic agreements for materials, services, and equipment to deliver enterprise-wide value. This role partners with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, mitigate risk, ensure supply continuity, and support business growth. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Identify and evaluate sourcing opportunities through spend, market, and business analysis.
• Leverage company-wide spending to drive supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and value creation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including RFx events and contract negotiations.
• Lead negotiations and secure favorable contractual outcomes.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and provide award recommendations based on total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
• Lead supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Monitor market trends and category dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate procurement risks.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Safety, and Finance to develop new agreements and contract amendments.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, and interpreting contractual terms, risks, and obligations.

What Your Background Should Look Like (minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience, preferably within the energy industry or a related sector is required.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation with the ability to balance cost, risk, operational requirements, and business value.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations, with an understanding of customer agreements, pricing strategies, margin management, and revenue-generating business models is preferred.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, pricing structures, commercial terms, and negotiation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive value through supplier innovation, operational efficiencies, risk reduction, and business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Effective negotiator with proven stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong project leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
