Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of sourcing experience.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Defines the implementation of procurement strategy for assigned categories.
• Monitors commodity markets and refines procurement strategies.
• Executes fact-based negotiations to achieve best total cost and continuous supply.
• Communicates category strategies and trends to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manages supplier performance and conducts regular supplier reviews.
