Job summary

Donaldson Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sr. HR Project Manager to lead global, cross-functional HR initiatives.

You will provide project leadership, governance, and execution discipline across HR structure optimization, compensation priorities, HR technology, process improvement, and operating model transformation. You will manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and drive meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of HR project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management applications (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Skillful knowledge and use of MS Office tools, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-scale HR project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, roles & responsibilities, budgets, and deliverables.
• Run projects, manage teams, track progress, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Utilize PM tools and documentation to deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with global HR teams, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure project success.
