Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP management and contracting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills with reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in sourcing logistics, freight, warehousing, 3PL, returns, or related services.
• Knowledge of global trade compliance and cost tradeoffs in sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution across logistics, warehousing, freight, returns, and related categories.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and competitive bid processes; handle supplier selection, pricing, contracts.
• Deliver measurable cost reductions through benchmarking, cost modeling, and negotiations.
• Build dashboards, cost models, and reporting workstreams for spend and savings tracking.
• Establish KPIs and supplier scorecards; conduct regular business reviews for accountability.
• Align sourcing with service requirements, launch timelines, forecasts, and priorities.
• Strengthen supplier governance and contracts for long-term partnerships.
• Standardize sourcing processes and documentation to improve scalability.
