Job summary
Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead North America logistics, transportation, warehousing and indirect procurement, driving category strategies, supplier partnerships and cost optimization initiatives.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence, supply continuity, and innovative sourcing solutions that reduce risk and total cost of ownership. This on-site role based in Parsippany, NJ offers a collaborative environment with senior leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business or related field.
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and category management.
- Experience managing logistics, warehousing or indirect procurement.
- Proven contract negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
- Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage regional procurement category portfolio.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead regional projects with potential wider rollout.
- Drive improvements in supplier performance and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership.
