Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for complex or high-impact spend.
• Lead sourcing strategy, RFx events, negotiations, and implementation planning.
• Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to align plans with budgets and risks.
• Lead contract development, approvals, and supplier transitions.
• Present business cases and value delivery results to stakeholders.
• Lead supplier governance and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, service, and supply continuity.
• Mentor peers on category and supplier management practices.
