Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst for a Milwaukee area client in the heavy mobile equipment industry.

You will lead sourcing activities for new product development and current products within assigned commodities, partnering with the Director of Sourcing. Responsibilities include developing and implementing category and supplier strategies, driving cost reductions, managing multi-million dollar spend, and mentoring the Sourcing team as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in strategic sourcing and commodity management.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of cost breakdown methodologies and master supplier agreements.
• APICS certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for new product development and current products within assigned commodities.
• Develop and implement Category/Subcategory and Supplier Strategies for global and regional scopes.
• Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements.
• Analyze purchase volumes to drive supplier consolidation and cost reduction.
• Mentor and train junior Sourcing team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance.
