Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Advisor to partner with business and technology leaders, solving complex sourcing challenges and translating priorities into actionable strategies. Primary focus on IT Consulting, IT Managed Services and related technology-enabled services, excluding IT hardware/software procurement.

The role demands 8+ years in procurement, strong executive presence, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
8+ years of procurement, supplier management, or category management experience.
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strategic and innovative thinker capable of influencing the business areas.
Strong communication and presentation skills; executive presence.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; business acumen.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner to business and technology leaders.
Translate enterprise priorities into actionable sourcing strategies.
