Job summary

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in a technical or pre-sales role, knowledge of enterprise solutions, and strong communication skills. This position may require up to 25% travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or pre-sales technical role.
• Hands-on experience installing and managing software on end-user devices.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements for K–12 school districts.
• Install and manage Lightspeed software on multiple platforms.
