Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or people/talent roles at a fast-growing company.
• Experience working with talent teams and understanding day-to-day recruiting operations.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to connect pieces and anticipate downstream effects.

Responsibilities

• Define and address ambiguous recruiting challenges by creating testable solutions and scalable programs.
• Coordinate planning, review, and decision-making across recruiting support teams for cohesive operations.
• Identify and resolve systemic friction rather than addressing isolated issues.
• Drive process design and adoption for company-wide changes affecting recruiting.
• Manage headcount and workforce planning, ensuring readiness for new regions.
• Set standards for interviewing practices and lead cross-team diagnostics.
• Transform analytics into streamlined documentation and SOPs.
• Manage communication without bottlenecks, with fluency in recruiting systems and their impacts.
