Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects or programs from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Ability to translate business objectives into integrated plans, governance, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of project risk, issue, dependency, scope, resource, and change control practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level status reporting and facilitation.
• Experience working across global teams, with clients and third‑party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional execution across GSMS.
• Align leaders, teams, and workstreams across boundaries; reinforce accountability.
• Operate effectively through ambiguity with a hands‑on, adaptable approach.
• Shape delivery approach; establish roles, governance, processes, and tools.
• Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement; manage meetings and decisions.
• Build and maintain an integrated plan with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies; drive mitigation and resolution.
• Enable timely decisions with clearly framed options and tradeoffs.
• Provide executive visibility with concise status reporting.
• Drive change readiness, communications, and adoption activities.
• Provide leadership through influence; coach junior team members.
