Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex programs with diverse stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
• Strong governance, scope management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent executive communications, presentation development, and client interactions.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and lead teams to high-quality execution.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple program workstreams with client goals, milestones, and delivery requirements.
• Mentor junior staff, delegate work, review deliverables, and support professional development.
• Own meeting management across locations and platforms, including agendas and action items.
• Oversee program tools, trackers, and reporting for accurate, actionable analysis.
• Develop executive-level communications and presentations for decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Establish governance, scope control, and document organization protocols.
• Apply methods to tailor delivery to client needs while aligning resources.
