Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years leading sophisticated programs or enterprise delivery efforts.
• Proven success as a program leader across multiple functional areas in complex environments.
• Strong communication to frame issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Ability to influence without authority and gain alignment in ambiguous situations.
• Solid understanding of program management practices, governance, risk and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and enterprise visibility.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, governance, and ownership models.
• Partner with functional leaders to align priorities, resolve ambiguity, and maintain focus on outcomes.
• Establish and maintain program artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and metrics for informed decisions.
• Identify and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and decision-making routines.
• Influence cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced members.
