Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management.
• Strong academic background in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing group-wide strategic initiatives and projects.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions.
• Drive and track project achievements and outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions to advance initiatives.
• Prepare clear, high-quality presentations and reports for senior leaders.
• Define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives with key collaborators.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress and risks.
• Research and develop systems to aid central initiative progress.
