Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced program delivery leader to guide cross-functional programs within the Global Product Strategic Delivery Team. You will translate objectives into structured delivery plans, drive disciplined execution, and ensure governance with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with leaders across departments to align priorities, manage risks, and maintain focus on program outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
6+ years of experience leading sophisticated programs or enterprise delivery efforts.
Proven success as a program leader across multiple functional areas in complex environments.
Strong communication skills to frame issues, risks, decisions, dependencies clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and enterprise visibility.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, governance routines and ownership models.
Align priorities across departments to resolve ambiguity and maintain focus on outcomes.
Establish program artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics for informed decisions.
Identify, assess, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
Facilitate governance forums and program reviews to promote accountability and execution.
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, clarifying scope and commitments.
Contribute to improving standards, tools, templates, and reporting while mentoring others.
