Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an experienced program delivery leader to drive cross-functional, end-to-end programs across product strategy and delivery. You will translate objectives into structured plans, establish governance, and ensure measurable outcomes with transparency and accountability.

You will partner with operational heads, manage risks, dependencies, and decisions, mentor teams, and contribute to improvements in standards, tools, and reporting while operating with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of leading sophisticated programs or enterprise delivery efforts.
• Experience across product, technology, gaming, digital, or complex environments.
• Strong ability to frame complex issues and decisions for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and enterprise visibility.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, governance routines, and ownership models.
• Align priorities across departments to resolve ambiguity and keep focus on outcomes.
• Establish program artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics for clarity.
• Identify, assess, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Facilitate governance forums, reviews, and decision-making with clear accountability.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, clarifying scope and trade-offs.
• Mentor team members and continuously improve standards, tools, and reporting.
