Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategy and negotiates contracts.
• Evaluates supplier proposals and pre-qualifies potential suppliers.
• Creates and distributes RFPs/RFQs and analyzes bids.
• Ensures procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Oversees purchasing operations such as PO issuance and invoicing.
• Collaborates with suppliers to form mutually acceptable contracts.
