• Gathers business requirements and pre-qualifies potential suppliers; develops RFPs/RFQs and collects bids.
• Evaluates proposals based on quality, cost, and other criteria; negotiates contracts with suppliers.
• Ensures procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
