Job summary

Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Texas, seeks a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead the Digital Services Self-Serve Modernization. You will own end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional roadmaps, and drive transformation programs with a focus on AI-enabled self-service experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage multi-workstream initiatives across product, engineering, UX, and operations, translate strategy into executable plans, and communicate with executives to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT program/project management or digital transformation leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs across multiple business units with strategic and operational accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management aligning executive expectations with delivery execution.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions involving portal integration, customer-facing platforms, or digital support ecosystems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI technologies and practical applications including intelligent automation, AI-powered customer experience tools, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships, lead projects or workstreams, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of the Self-Serve Modernization program plan across integrated portal delivery and customer experience improvements.
• Align and integrate cross-functional roadmaps across business units, product, engineering, UX, and operations.
• Develop executive-ready storyboards, business cases, and presentation materials to support rapid decision-making and transformation of program alignment.
• Translate program performance and priorities into compelling narratives for audiences, identify and escalate risks and issues, with attention to cross-functional dependencies.
• Leverage analysis of self-serve adoption, customer behavior, Digital Support performance, and competitor assessments to inform modernization priorities.
