Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Consultant in Round Rock, Texas, to lead the strategic direction of our self-serve portfolio across product, voice, web and portal channels. You will own the annual operating plan and drive modernization while coordinating across engineering, product, and support leadership.

You will direct consultant-level program managers, define success metrics, and present executive-ready strategy and business cases to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program management, product strategy or digital customer support.
• Experience directing work of other program managers or equivalent leadership.
• Track record in annual operating plans and modernization strategies.
• Experience shaping strategy across AI, web self-serve and B2B portals.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the self-serve portfolio and define priorities.
• Own the annual operating plan and modernization agenda across channels.
• Direct program managers aligning roadmaps to a single cross-channel strategy.
