Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Strategic Plans and Policy Advisor to provide embedded planning support to USASOC TF 40-25 and partner agencies. You will develop strategic documents, CONOPs/CONEMPs, and brief senior executives on concepts and plans.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in SOF, and ability to work in a joint interagency environment. Up to 10% travel is expected; local travel only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 10+ years SOF experience or 15+ years SOF experience for seniority.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience coordinating operations in joint/interagency environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely strategic planning and policy documentation (OPLANS, CONOPS, EXORDS).
• Develop CONOPs/CONEMPs in support of ARSOF missions and objectives.
• Brief concepts, assessments, and planning documents to executives.
• Coordinate with interagency partners to incorporate relevant data.
