Job summary

You will partner with departmental leadership, Governor's Office of Performance Management, and stakeholders to advance the department's objectives and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Department outcome-based strategic plan using SMART goals and LEAN.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the strategic process and outcomes.
• Produce a quarterly reporting process on expected vs actual outcomes.
• Review progress and adjust plans as needed to stay aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategies within areas of responsibility.
• Ensure policy changes align with staffing analyses and organizational needs.
• Coordinate change management efforts and oversee project delivery.
