• Lead implementation of the Department’s Five-Year Strategic Plan and associated priority initiatives.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate implementation across units to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on implementation strategies and policy considerations.
