Allegion in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional operations initiatives across Production, Quality, IT, Supply Chain and Engineering.

You will define program objectives, manage schedules and budgets, mentor other PMs, and escalate risks while ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Autonomy leading cross-functional programs from idea to launch.
• Proven problem-solving skills for complex programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication at all levels within the organization.
• Business acumen to evaluate tradeoffs and provide recommendations.
• Tenacity coordinating various-sized project teams to achieve timelines.
• Self-starter with impact on execution, processes and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business or engineering; 8+ years of PM experience.
• PM certifications (PMP/Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of programs and prioritize objectives, scope, dependencies, resources and success metrics.
• Direct cross-functional teams to establish execution strategy, schedule, budget and resource needs.
• Monitor and drive project activities, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Escalate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management as needed.
• Resolve people and team dynamics for effective performance and handoffs.
• Coordinate interdependencies with other projects and teams.
• Schedule and lead status reviews and formal project reviews with Senior Management.
• Mentor other Project Managers and coach team members in project management fundamentals.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.
