Allegion Canada Inc. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Operations to lead a portfolio of cross‑functional manufacturing programs from idea to launch, with focus on schedule, scope, and budget.

You will collaborate with Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Product Management, IT, Supply Chain and Finance to define execution strategy, monitor progress, resolve issues, mentor team members, and travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated autonomy leading cross-functional programs from idea to launch using a structured process.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience guiding complex programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and ability to evaluate tradeoffs and drive decisions.
• Tenacity in coordinating multi-sized project teams to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to establish program goals, scope, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Monitors progress, mitigates risks, and resolves issues to keep programs on schedule and budget.
• Escalates issues and recommendations to upper management as needed.
• Mentors other Project Managers and coaches team members on PM fundamentals.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
