Allegion in Cincinnati/Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver key programs and process improvements.

You will establish program objectives, define scope, manage schedule and budget, mentor others, and travel up to 40% as needed. Candidates should have 8+ years of program management experience and a track record of delivering complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Autonomy leading cross-functional programs from idea to launch.
• Proven problem-solving skills for complex programs.

• Business acumen and ability to evaluate trade-offs.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent enterprise excellence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Hollow Metal Business Unit Leader and other senior functional leaders to establish and prioritize a portfolio of programs, defining objectives, scope, requirements, dependencies, resources, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to establish execution strategy, schedule, budget, and resource plans.
• Continuously monitor and drive project activities, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Escalate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management as needed; resolve people and team dynamic issues to ensure effective performance.
• Coordinate with other program managers on interdependencies or conflicts with simultaneous projects.
• Sponsor status review meetings and formal project reviews with senior management.
• Mentor and coach other project managers and team members on project management fundamentals.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including project‑management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, leading multi‑functional teams ideally in an operations environment.
• Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or other program‑management certifications and/or enterprise excellence preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
