Job summary

Silicon Valley Community Foundation in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Operations to partner with the CFOO in advancing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The role is hands-on in planning, tracking, and delivering results across IT, Finance and Operations.

The successful candidate will translate priorities into action, build management tools, manage calendars and executive communications, and support budgets and reporting for multiple divisions in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years in enterprise project management, strategy and operations, executive operations, or complex cross‑functional environments.
• Professional alignment with Silicon Valley Community Foundation's values and mission.
• Demonstrated ability to design strategy and execute deliverables.
• Strong experience building project plans, dashboards, presentations, and tracking systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Integrate IT, Finance and Accounting, Investments, and other divisions to ensure coordinated execution.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, capture decisions, assign action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Draft communications, summaries, and executive updates to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, charters, dashboards, and status reports.
• Manage complex calendaring and executive coordination, budgets, and reporting.
