Enterprise Community Partners in New York is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead cross-divisional priority work, translate priorities into structured plans, and drive measurable progress.

This hybrid role offers exposure across Enterprise PMO, Innovation Fund, and Shared Services PMO within the COFO portfolio. You will roll up your sleeves to build tools, trackers, and operating rhythms, collaborating with senior leaders while shaping a newly established StratOps function.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or project management.
• Strong execution skills, including planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination, and material development.
• Entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — excited to help build and refine a new function’s tools and processes.
• Analytical and structured problem-solver with ability to work in ambiguity and bring clarity to complex work.
• Ability to work across teams without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.
• High adaptability and ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience preparing materials for and working with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with ability to produce clear, high-quality materials and analysis.
• Proficiency using AI tools to work more efficiently and elevate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support execution on high-priority, cross-divisional projects and drive implementation.
• Build and maintain work plans, trackers, and status reporting for initiatives.
• Coordinate across initiative owners, divisions, and Shared Services to lock deliverables and timelines.
• Conduct analyses and create materials for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies and help resolve issues.
• Prepare agendas and follow-ups for quarterly reviews, leadership meetings, and decision forums.
• Provide targeted support to Enterprise PMO, Innovation Fund, and Shared Services PMO.
