Qualifications

• Minimum 11+ years in data/analytics leadership or data platform leadership, with 5+ years managing managers or senior technical teams.
• Demonstrated success defining enterprise data/analytics strategies across scalable organizations.
• Experience leading through multiple leadership layers (managers, architects, senior leads).
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across business, product, operations, and technology.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and strategic sourcing experience.

• Define and drive the long‑term enterprise data/analytics strategy aligned with growth and digital transformation objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on data, AI, governance, and technology investments.
• Set organizational priorities, operating models, and investment strategies for scalable platforms.
• Lead a multi‑layer engineering organization, including managers and technical leaders.
• Design the talent strategy and operating model to support rapid growth and evolving tech needs.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
• Champion data products, governance standards, and self‑service analytics across the enterprise.
• Establish enterprise standards, architectural principles, and governance frameworks.
• Represent the Data & Analytics function in executive forums and strategic planning.
