Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic Head of Analytics and Operations to lead the company’s data analytics and operations roadmap, aligning enterprise data capabilities with growth objectives.

You will oversee the delivery of high-impact BI solutions, partner with executives to define KPIs, and drive data-driven insights to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience, while establishing global data governance and mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or operations management.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams.
• Experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale operations, process improvement, and benchmarking programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of analytics and operations roadmap to align data capabilities with growth objectives.
• Oversee delivery of high-impact BI solutions to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and informs decisions.
• Partner with executives to define KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards for data integrity and privacy.
• Build, mentor, and scale a team while evolving scalable reporting frameworks and data-driven processes.
