Qualifications

• 12+ years of quantitative leadership and advisory experience in banking, insurance, and wealth management.
• Proven track record in data aggregation frameworks (BCBS 239 principles).
• Deep technical literacy in AI/ML analytics and enterprise cloud data environments.
• Exceptional executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional, enterprise-scale leadership.
• Ability to translate business problems into high-level analytics solutions for executives.
• Solid understanding of statistical and AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams including data engineers, data scientists, and BI analysts.
• Define advanced metrics with business unit leaders to isolate value drivers and design KPIs.
• Architect enterprise-level data aggregation and normalization frameworks.
• Enforce data governance with semantic layers and data quality loops across systems.
