Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Practice Operations for the Cardiovascular Service Line, based in Portland, ME, with travel to Maine and New Hampshire locations quarterly. You will lead Cardiology Practice Operations and partner with senior medical leadership to advance integrated CVSL priorities and patient care across multiple sites.

The role focuses on translating strategy into scalable operational models, including imaging, scheduling, patient access, virtual care, workforce

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
Five years progressive healthcare management experience.
Experience as a member of a senior leadership team may be required.
Travel between sites may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory Cardiology practices within the CVSL.
Translate CVSL strategy into scalable, coordinated operational models across sites and regions.
Lead with leaders across Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Pediatric teams.
Support strategic planning, growth, access, and financial performance as part of the LV leadership team.
