Job summary

MaineHealth Cardiology is seeking a full-time clinical (non-invasive) cardiologist to join our Cardiovascular Service Line with a practice split between Lewiston and Portland. You will be part of a hospital-employed program, supported by state-of-the-art diagnostics and a broad referral base across northern New England.

The role includes inpatient consults and on-call duties at Maine Medical Center, with Lewiston duties for imaging interpretations and limited phone consultations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.

Responsibilities

• Consultative inpatient cardiology and on-call responsibilities at Maine Medical Center.
• Lewiston site: interpretation of cardiac imaging and limited phone consultations for referring providers and patients.
• Opportunities to engage with subspecialty programs within the MaineHealth network and collaborative multidisciplinary care.
