Job summary

MaineHealth in Brunswick, ME seeks a Director to lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational and clinical care standards across the Division of Post Acute Care. You will collaborate with leaders to set priorities, optimize workflows, and strengthen care delivery models to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.

The Director acts as a PAC-wide subject matter expert in operational excellence, performance improvement, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, business, nursing, rehabilitation, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Clinical licensure preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, post-acute care, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, long-term care, or related settings.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational and clinical care standards across PAC.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish priorities, optimize workflows, and drive performance improvement.
• Provide guidance on standardization, metrics, and best practices to ensure regulatory readiness and patient-centered care.
