Job summary

OneAPPS Consulting seeks an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead a large-scale IT system modernization project across multi-year timelines. You will oversee planning, procurement, data migration, testing, rollout, and decommissioning of legacy systems while coordinating executives, IT teams, and vendors.

The role requires a track record of managing multi-year technology implementations, strong governance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience.
5+ years leading complex technology implementations.
Experience with enterprise system replacement and data migration.
Experience managing multi-year projects, budgets, risks, and vendors.
Strong governance, communication, and executive stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
PMP/PgMP certification preferred; Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience; government or justice-sector case management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through implementation and decommissioning.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and governance.
Coordinate executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partner agencies.
Ensure system integrations, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted operations during transition.
Drive change management, training, communications, and user adoption.
