Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading complex technology implementations.
• Experience with enterprise system replacement and data migration.
• Experience managing multi-year projects, budgets, risks, and vendors.
• Strong governance, communication, and executive stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• PMP/PgMP certification preferred; Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience; government or justice-sector case management experience.

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through implementation, data migration, testing, rollout, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and governance.
• Coordinate executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partner agencies.
• Ensure system integrations, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted operations during transition.
• Drive change management, training, communications, and user adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading complex technology implementations.
• Proven experience with enterprise system replacement, data migration, and organizational change management.
• Experience managing multi-year projects, vendors, budgets, risks, and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong governance, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred:

PMP/PgMP certification, Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience, and government or justice-sector case management experience.
