Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant healthcare/insurance experience a plus.
Minimum 7 years in account management or client services within healthcare/insurance/TPA environments.
Experience with complex renewals, proposals, client reviews, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for complex or strategic accounts, driving satisfaction and retention.
Lead strategic account planning and client stewardship aligned with client objectives.
Analyze claims, utilization, financial, and reporting data to identify trends and strategic improvements.
Mentor Account Executives and coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and partners to deliver solutions.
