Job summary

H1 is seeking a Sr. Strategic Insights Manager to deliver data-driven solutions for life sciences clients.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure insights from H1’s platform and data drive informed decisions and maximize value realization. You will be a SME in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, lead strategic discovery, and translate business challenges into actionable insights with bespoke analyses and visualizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in life sciences analytics, insights, or strategic consulting.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions to clients.
• Experience working with engineers and data scientists on cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the Account Team(s) engaging with customers as a Subject Matter Expert in our data and their business.
• Use data to solve complex business challenges, particularly around scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration.
• Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Optimize the user platform experience by delivering bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights, offering proactive project ideas that support value creation and client expansion.
• Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable insights, providing best-in-class solutions.
• Collaborate with H1 leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, delivering results that meet client objectives.
