Job summary

Braun Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive financial optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, leverage data analytics and ERP systems to evaluate performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to align day-to-day execution with long-term goals and guide change management through organizational transformations with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, financial operations, or strategic business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans and lead cross-functional execution initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning for the Pulse Business Unit.
• Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections to evaluate ventures and investments.
• Design or partner on executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate variance, trends, and forecasts.
• Partner with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, and IT leadership to align strategies with day-to-day execution.
• Lead stakeholders through business transformations with minimal disruption.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
