Qualifications

• Bachelor‑level degree in a relevant analytical field is required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive analytics or FP&A experience in manufacturing.
• Strong AI, BI, and data modeling capabilities and finance/workflow collaboration.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor/Epicor) and financial planning tools (Vena).
• Ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance scorecards.
• Analyze production efficiency, capacity, scrap/yield, labor productivity, and margins.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting for Precision Machining units.
• Partner with site leaders to drive improvement initiatives and translate results for finance.
• Present executive summaries to COO and senior leadership.
