Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York City. You will partner with LMS leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic and financial insights shaping growth and performance of LinkedIn’s advertising business.

The role blends strategic initiatives with core finance responsibilities, including forecasts, P&L management, and ad hoc analyses, with opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field and minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance, or related field.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, forecasting, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Thinking: identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement within assigned sales segments and support strategy development with business partners.
• Stakeholder Influence: communicate forecasts, financial performance, analyses, and trends to drive action with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Execution & Organization: partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive priorities and measure success with minimal supervision.
• Performance Management: support outlook, target setting, budgeting, and P&L management; build financial models and synthesize data for insights.
