Checkr, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance- Go-to-Market to serve as the lead finance partner for Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing.

The role centers on translating performance into financial insights and driving top-line growth across two sales motions. The role requires 8+ years of experience (4+ in sales), strong modeling, and executive communication.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in finance/strategy, including 4+ years in sales-focused roles.
Proven track record driving outcomes through financial analysis and strategic insight.
Experience shaping sales strategy, planning, and performance management.
Experience with AI-enabled finance workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with GTM executives as lead strategic finance advisor.
Develop AI-powered analyses and automated reporting for strategic decisions.
Quantitatively validate priorities and advocate high-ROI initiatives across GTM.
Deliver data-driven recommendations for go-to-market tactics and roadmaps.
Own long-range and annual planning for GTM initiatives.
Develop and grow a high-performing analyst.
